We are a group of psychotherapists, counselors, health and wellness life coaches, and massage therapists with a dedication to providing high quality therapeutic services. Our individual counseling and psychotherapy services include treatment of a variety of personal concerns including grief and bereavement, separation and divorce, treatment of depression, problem anger, anxiety, panic disorders, drug and alcohol counseling, career counseling, life transition and stress related lifestyle issues.
Our massage therapists offer a variety of services ranging from the pure relaxation of Swedish massage to the deeper releases associated with Myofascial and Deep tissue massage. They encourage their clients to take a retreat from the stressors of the everyday and to regain the body's inner balance with improved circulation, greater flexibility, and a healthier self.
